1. From the list of virtues considered as a foundation of leadership,


choose at least five (5) Virtues that that are considered
commendable qualities/traits that describe your habits.

=> I chose Prudence, Justice, Loyalty, Responsibility and


Cheerfulness because it describes my personality. I think first before I
do something and if I fail I applying the lesson to myself. And I also
do my responsibility on time because time is gold.

2. From the list of leadership select the qualities of a good leader that
describe yourself to be a good leader.
=> Good leader help people feel a sense of unity. I chose this
because it reminds me as student helping another student especially
those students who are slow to learn. I always reminds them about
the activities and lesson we've done and when they don't understand
something I explain to them properly.

3. Which of the characteristics leader listed best describe you as a


leader of the community? Consider only two character traits.
=> Know their field and job in great depth, Inspire commitment and
team work . I chose these because you must need to know your field
and job that's where you're good at. And focus on your goal without
hesitation because everything is achievable at the right time.

4. Which of the leadership style do you consider effective? Explain.


=> A leader presents decision but "Sells it to members." You need to
share your thoughts or ideas that you have done to make your co-
workers aware at the same time to build up unity.
5. In developing potential leaders, attention and commitment on
nurturing and equipping are given much consideration. Explain Why.
=> Because if you don’t have the potential leaders attention, they
won’t learn. And, without commitment, they won’t come to learn
leadership skills! Without the ability to nurture, you’ll lose your
audience.
So, you have to make sure that you are committed and equipped to
teach the necessary skills for your potential leaders to succeed!

leaders)
80- 89 Good leader (must keep growing and keep mentoring others)
70- 79 Emerging leader (focus on growth and begin mentoring
others)
60-69 Bursting with potential ( excellent person to be developed )
Below 60 needs growth (may not be ready to be mentored as leader)
category “below 60” is the most difficult to judge. People in the group
will never become leaders. The better leader the evaluator is, the
better will be his judgment of a person’s leadership potential.
