The document is a change request form proposing to change the component batch determination process from First Expiry First Out (FEFO) to First In First Out (FIFO). Currently, batch numbers in a process order are sorted by expiry date then input date. The change would sort batch numbers by input date first, then expiry date. This would modify the batch determination strategy within process orders while keeping other processes the same. The request requires multiple approvals from production, materials management, manufacturing, and IT roles.
