II. COURSE DESCRIPTION : The foundational concepts and introduction to Basic Mountaineering are covered in this course. Students learn the fundamentals of
trekking through education, clinics, and both experiences climbs and exposure to environment. Additionally, it helps students develop better knowledge, attitudes, and
physical health, particularly cardiovascular endurance. Precautions are heavily emphasized.
