    Subject: ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENT (AWA)

    Date: May 26, 2021

    1. In line with Alternative Work Arrangement, this Office announces the schedule of teaching personnel to report
    on site and the specified day within the week effective May 3, 2021 to May 31, 2021.
    2. Pursuant to DepEd Order No 11 s. 2020 entitled Revised Guidelines on Alternative Work Arrangements in the
    Department of Education During the Period of State of National Emergency due to Covid-19 Pandemic,
    teaching personnel will have to adopt work arrangements depending upon their schedule of classes and
    following the health protocols set by DOH, IATF.
    3. Actual reporting will observe the time in 8:am and will go home at 5:pm Work left undone will be finished at
    home.
    4. Failure to adhere and deliberately defiance of this Memorandum shall be considered as ground for disciplinary
    action pursuant to Section 22. C (Violation of Reasonable Office Rules and Regulations), Rules XIV, Omnibus
    Rules Implementing Book V of the Administrative Code of 1987 (Executive Order No. 292).
    5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
    6. Attached herewith are the schedules of teachers WFH/ ON SITE.
