I. PUPIL DEVELOPMENT
Assessment of pupils’ progress/improvement was attained administratively through the
following:
JANUARY
1. 1,173 pupils took the Periodical test for Third Grading Period on January 10-11
2. Report cards of the pupils for the Third Rating Period were released last January 24,
2020
3. A pupil participated the District Singing Idol held in the District Hall last January 8,
2020.
4. Last January 12, 2020, parties in the Supreme Pupil Government started to campaign
5.407 pupils from Kinder to Grade 4 have their dental check up last January 12, 2020.
6. Supreme Pupil Government Election was held last January 15, 2020 and the pupils
choose the new sets of officers.
7. The new School SPG President attended the District Election of Officers at Mamerto
C. Bernardo Central School.
8. Incoming pupils for Kindergarten and Grade 1 were pre-registered for the school
year 2020-2021
9. 42 pupils from Grade 2 to 5 are undertaking remedial reading program.
10. Third Quarter Recognition Day was held last January 24, 2020 at MBSMES
covered gym to recognize pupils with academic excellence, special character and
perfect attendance
FEBRUARY
1. 1,173 pupils are enrolled to Kindergarten to grade 6
2. 1,173 pupils’ weight and height were taken for the post Nutritional Report; 9 Pupils
were noted wasted.
3. 1,173 pupils took the Third Summative Test for Third Grading Period.
4. 1,190 pupils participated various activities on Arts Month Celebration last February 21,
2020.
5. 1.190 pupils took 2nd Summative Test for Fourth Grading period last February 26,2020.
6. 170 pupils were dewormed.
7. 18 pupils in Grade 4 Jose Rizal are undertaking Project IRAD.
8. 42 pupils from Grade 2 to 5 are undertaking remedial reading program.
9. 1,190 pupils joined the Earthquake drill last February 21, 2020
MARCH
APRIL
1. BULACAN is under Enhanced Community Quarantine
2. Pupils showed their support and gratitude to the front liners by making posters and
Slogan.
3.Pupils continued to study by using Deped Commons
MAY
1.Announcements for enrolment were shared through the school face book page
2.Pupils continued to use DepEd Commons
3.Pupils watched DepEd TV
JUNE
1.Online enrolment for School Year 2020-2021 started.
2.From June 1 to June 8 there are 385 pupils enrolled from kinder to grade 6.
3.Pupils used DepEd Commons and DepEd TV to continue their learning
JULY
1.First Virtual graduation of grade 6 pupils was held last July 14, 2020.
2. Online and On site enrollment continued.
3. Pupils used DepEd Commons and DepEd TV to learn.
AUGUST
1.Online and Onsite enrollment continued.
2.Pupils used DepEd Commons and DepEd Tv to study.
3.Distributed the SF 9 of Grade 6 pupils
SEPTEMBER
1.On-line and on-site enrollment continued.
2.Pupils used DepEd TV and DepEd Commons to study
3.Pupils even at home joined in 2nd Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill on
September 10.
OCTOBER
1.Classes for the new normal starts on October 5,2020.
2. 1,309 pupils from kinder to grade 6 were enrolled for SY 2020-2021
3. Sisidlan were distributed to parents of 1,309 pupils from kinder to Grade 6.
4.Modules were distributed to 1,309 pupils
NOVEMBER
1. Retrieval and distribution of modules of modules every Monday and Tuesday to
parents or guardians of 1,309 pupils.
2. 3rd summative test for the 1st quarter of SY 2020-2021
3. On November 23, 2020 the feeding program starter for 102 beneficiaries from kinder
to grade 6.
4.1,309 pupils joined in the Celebration of National Reading Month.
II.TEACHER DEVELOPMENT
JANUARY
FEBRUARY
1..Two (2) teachers attended the 2-day District Training on Pedagogical Skills in
Reading in the Elementary Level last February 6-7, 2020.
2.A teacher accompanied the contestant in the District Singing Idol last February8,
2020 held at M. C. Bernardo MES District Hall.
3.SPG adviser lead the SPG election of officers last February 15, 2020.
4.Four (4) teachers attended the Orientation on School form for the EOSY 2019-
2020
5.Two (2) teachers attended the Standard First Aid Training last February 26, 2020.
6.The School principal attended the MANCOM last February 26, 2020 in Malolos City
7.Teachers were observed on schedule dates
8.Faculty meetings and development were held on schedule dates.

2. 31 teachers joined the 9days Sabayang Panalangin against COVID 19
3. Teachers encouraged their pupils to use DepEd Commons

SEPTEMBER
1.33 teachers attended School Webinar on Learning Delivery Modalities2 for
Teachers
2.Teachers prepared Simulation Distance Learning Delivery Modality Video
3. A virtual Parents Orientation was held.
4. Pandi North, District Supervisor , Teresita B. Alquiza,PhD monitored the
readiness of our school for Sy 2020-2021
5.On September 10, 2020 teachers joined the 2nd Nationwide Simultaneous
Earthquake Drill.
6.Supplies were given to teachers.

III.CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
JANUARY
The following were some of the achievements in the curriculum development
1. Teachers prepared School Intervention Materials for Mathematics and English subjects.
2. CIP team is continuously validating and testing localized and indigenized materials
prepared as reading interventions.
3. Class advisers conducted daily remediation with pupils having difficulty in oral reading.
4. Class advisers from Grade 1 to Grade 3 are strengthening MTB instructions.
5. Forms for early registration were completely filled-up and submitted to the principal’s
office on scheduled dates.
6. Updating of early registration on the LIS was done by the ICT coordinator on scheduled
dates.

Consolidation.
