1. NAME

2. GENDER

INTERPRETATION:
57.5% respondents are belonging to male group, 41.5% respondents belong to female
group and 0.9% respondent belong to others group.
3. AGE

INTERPRETATION:
Most of the respondent are belong to 18-25 age group i.e. 82.1%, 14.2% respondent
belong to 25-35 age group and 2.8% respondent belong to 35-50 age group. There is only
0.9% respondent belong to above 50 age group.

4. OCCUPATION

INTERPRETATION:
Most of the respondent are students i.e. 66%, 14.2% are self-employed, 12.3%
respondent are doing private job, 4.7% are professionals and rest 2.8% respondent are
doing government job.
SECTION-B

1. Did you buy any electronic product?

INTERPRETATION:
As most of the respondent have purchase any of the electronic product i.e., 96.2% and
rest 3.8% respondent have not purchased any of the electronic product.

2. How did you get to know about Sennheiser electronics?

INTERPRETATION:
42.5% of the respondent got to know by there friends, 30.2% respondent got to know
with the help of social media, 11.3% respondent with the help of advertisement and
9.2% respondent with the help of relative and 6.6% with the help of other source.
3. Main consideration while buying product at Sennheiser electronic India Pvt
Ltd?

INTERPRETATION:
Most of the respondent consider authenticity i.e., 47.2%, 32.1% respondent consider
brand while purchasing Sennheiser product, 18.9% consider price while purchasing the
Sennheiser product and 1.9% consider promotional activity to purchase Sennheiser
product.

4. Are you satisfied with product authenticity that Sennheiser electronic India
Pvt Ltd serves?

INTERPRETATION:
Well 75.2% respondent are satisfied with the authenticity, 21.9% respondent are may
or may not be satisfied and 2.9% are not satisfied with the authenticity of Sennheiser.
5. Based on your experience with electronic product, how likely are you to
again get product from Sennheiser electronic India Pvt Ltd.?

INTERPRETATION:
Most of the respondent are very likely satisfied with the product i.e., 45.7%, 31.4%
respondent are extremely like the product, 21% respondent will maybe purchase the
product and 1.9% respondent are unlikely satisfied with the product.

6. How Likely do you recommend Sennheiser electronic India Pvt Ltd. To the
others?

INTERPRETATION:
Well 42.5% respondent will definitely recommend Sennheiser product, 41.5%
respondent will probably recommend Sennheiser product, 14.2% respondent will
maybe recommend Sennheiser product and 1.9% respondent will definitely not
recommend Sennheiser product.
7. How did you find Sennheiser electronic India Pvt Ltd. On the performance
scale?

INTERPRETATION:
60.4% respondent are satisfied with the performance of Sennheiser, 35.8%
respondent says that Sennheiser has outstanding performance, 1.9% respondent are
unsatisfied with the performance of Sennheiser and 1.9% respondent says that
Sennheiser has very poor performance.

8. Are you satisfied with the product quality that Sennheiser electronic India
Pvt Ltd serves?

INTERPRETATION:
48.1% respondent are satisfied with the product quality, 34% respondent are very
satisfied with the product quality, 15.1% respondent are neutral regarding the product
quality, 1.9% respondent are very dissatisfied with the product quality and 0.9%
respondent are dissatisfied with the product quality.
9. Do you find new technology of product adopted by Sennheiser electronic
India Pvt Ltd are sufficient?

INTERPRETATION:
67% respondent says Sennheiser has adopted new technology, 24.5% respondent says
maybe they have adopted new technology and 8.5% respondent says Sennheiser has
not adopted new technology.

10. Do you think Sennheiser electronic India Pvt Ltd is steeping into the finest
companies?

INTERPRETATION:
67% respondent thinks that Sennheiser electronics is steeping into the finest
companies, 29.1% respondent is maybe steeping into the finest companies and 3.9%
respondent think that Sennheiser is not steeping into finest companies.
11. What changes should company do to increase their sales?

INTERPRETATION:
35.8% respondent thinks that company should focus on promotional strategy, 34.9%
respondent thinks that company should focus on pricing, 15.1% respondent think that
company should focus on after sales service, 14.2% respondent think that company
should focus on product quality.

 67% respondent thinks that Sennheiser electronics is steeping into the finest
companies.
 There are mix response of people regarding increase in the sales.
