EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT GENERAL

ASSEMBLY MEETING WITH ALL THE CLASSROOM PRESIDENTS HELD AT THE GRADE 12-
DIAMOND ROOM

RESOLUTION NO.1

“Resolution indicating the penalty for students failing to sign their log-in/log-out attendance
during any official SSG activity.”

WHEREAS, the said resolution will allow the SSG to impose and collect a penalty of P5.00 per
unsigned log-in/log-out for students failing to sign their attendance during an official SSG activity.

WHEREAS, students can only be excused from the penalty if he or she presents a valid reason
secured by an excuse letter.

Now therefore, on the motion of the SSG President, Almie C. Mamilla duly seconded by all the
officers be it resolved;

Resolved, as it is hereby resolved for a penalty of P5.00 per unsigned log-in/log-out to be fined to
students failing to sign their attendance during an official SSG activity except if the student can
present a valid reason secured by an excuse letter.
