1. Your own understanding, what is training exercises?


ANSWER: From my perspective, training exercises is a physical activity that both
enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It is an
exercise performed for the purpose of satisfying a long-term performance goal.
Training exercises concentrates on mechanistic goals which will develop specific
motor skills, agility, strength or physical fitness, often with an intention of peaking at
a particular time. This exercise is undertaken in order to maintain or improve fitness,
and skills.

2. Are you willing to engage these types of training at


home? Why?
ANSWER: Yes. The health benefits of these physical activities is hard to ignore.
Everyone benefits from these training exercises, regardless of age, sex, and physical
ability. By engaging in these types of training, we are preventing and reducing risks
of many diseases and improving our physical and mental health. It helps me to keep
in shape in order to satisfactorily perform work and home chores and enjoy different
leisure activities. This exercises will help me obtain a better quality of life.

ANSWER: Yes, I would gladly make my own training exercise. The mental and
physical benefits of fitness training cannot be overstated. Being associated with this
will improve the quality of my life in ways I never thought possible. Having my own
training exercise will make me able to work out any time I want for as long I want,
without having to coordinate with anyone’s else schedule. I also want to learn more
about this exercises routines, and how to keep myself in shape. As a student, I have
the tendency to be stressed, pressured, and depressed by school works and I hope to
be mentally healthy, to overcome such circumstances.

ANSWER: The four common types of training exercise are the strength training, the
core exercises training, the mobility training, and the stability training. The strength
training can help you preserve and enhance your muscle mass at any age. It can
increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. It will get you stronger,
leaner, and healthier. The core exercises training will train the muscles in your pelvis,
lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and
stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and
other physical activities depend on stable core routine. The mobility training is
essential because it prepares our bodies for the stress of training. It is a vital
contributor to reducing the risk of injuries as well as improving technique and range
of movement. It is important to note that strength alone isn’t enough to have a good
mobility. The stability training gives you the muscular strength and stamina to
perform a given exercise for a longer duration and with more force. It will make you
able to maintain joint alignment ready for efficient and smooth movement.

2. How does this training exercise affect your daily routine?


ANSWER: This training exercises can be a big impact in our daily life. It can boost
your stamina, tone your body and lengthen your lifespan. It can affect your grooming
habits, a high fitness level can help circulate nutrients in order to clear and brighten
your skin. It regulates hormone levels which can improve metabolism and lower
stress levels. It can also causes body to release feel-good neurotransmitters like
serotonin, endorphins and dopamine to boost mood shortly. Being fit leads to a
healthier mind. Engaging in such exercises will make you able to think clearly and do
good in any state.

3. Which type of training do you think will help you in achieving your desired body
composition?
ANSWER: I think, all of this types of training exercises will help me achieved my
desired body composition. These four provides different benefits and each exercises
have impacts in my body composition in different ways. I believe that it should be
done together, versus just practicing one style of exercise exclusively. Nutrition and
exercise are critical for improving body composition. Keeping your calories, fiber and
protein in check is a good first step. All exercise can help with fat loss, but training
exercises is the best way to increase muscle mass.
