Discussion
Through primary survey basic questions were interviewed with adolescent of one girl and one boy in same social class.
Questions are like name, age, family type, family occupation, school details, hobby, education report etc. and find that the
gender, caste may impact the development, personality and learning of adolescent.

Method of report

This gender, caste and social class have a very great impact on the development, personality and learning of adolescent.

Gender discrimination is the major problem in our country and actually the Root of All Evils.
Boys are considered superior than girls and it's really serious problem that people of our society say that boys are more stronger
than girls, whether its middle class family or lower Boys, Men etc are valued more than girls and women in the same house and
that too by their own family members, even if the boy is illiterate and women are literate. This is due to illiteracy or culture
systems. They are not respected; their ideas and views are ignored and neglected.
So, this affects the mind of that woman and then she finds herself low so it affects her concentration power and then learning.

Here Priyanka face a lot due to her gender. Her father drop her to school at distance of 7km, she celebrate her birthday in class
only by distributing chocolates in classroom, but not able to celebrate with her friends and relatives. She only goes out for
educational trips. Always borrow second hand books from seniors of her school. She always carries Tiffin box with her, her
hobby are cooking, singing, dancing, and playing badminton. This discrimination not affects her development but also her
personality and learning. As due to lack of social interaction, lack of taking part in sports, lack of emotional development, lack
of Opportunity, lack of family support effect a lot to the Adolescence girls.
Whereas Abhishek travel by bus of 9km distance, he celebrates his birthday in school with friends in cafe, at home with family
and neighbors. He used to go both family and educational trips and also with his friends in vacation time. He buys new books
every year. He never carry Tiffin box he used to buy food from canteen, and breakfast dinner he used to have at house, his
hobby are playing games like cricket basketball, football, and playing guitar. He is boy that’s why he has all independence and
freedom to take decision. But somewhere societies caste, class, culture, traditions may impact there development, personality
and learning.

People with lower caste and class are suffering a lot but still discrimination lies after knowing that there's only one religion and
that's humanity still people are discriminated many are even forbidden from getting education and judgment.
Here the caste of girl and boy Adolescence is same which middle class of Rajput caste is. As they are in good reputed school
and family they didn’t face any caste class discrimination.

No learning means No education as a result NO DEVELOPMENT. This is how adolescents grow up to be negative minded and
they never become understanding because they think these Things to be their culture which spoils and destroys their personality.
The social classes never be in unity due to the discrimination and division on the basis of gender, caste, religion, culture. So,
they always quarrel upon these topics only and they never develop because they never learn and destroy their personality too.
Conclusion
The report has been under taken to gain new insights into personality, development and learning of adolescents with regard to
certain selected variables like gender, type of school, nature of home environment, economic background and academic
achievement. Adolescence is a period of life with specific health and developmental needs and rights. It is also a time to develop
knowledge and skills, learn to manage emotions and relationships, and acquire attributes and abilities that will be important for
enjoying the adolescent years and assuming adult roles.
