What I respect is Diah Prihatiningsih S.Si.M, S, as well as my friends who I am proud of.
Let us together offer our gratitude to the presence of one God for His blessings and gifts, we can
all gather in a healthy state. Today I talk a little about Anemia. what is Anemia?, Anemia is
when the body doesn't have enough healthy red blood (hemoglobin) to carry adequate oxygen
throughout the body. Hemoglobin is the main part of red blood cells that binds oxygen. If there is
a decrease in the number of red blood cells or hemoglobin below normal, the organs or cells in
the body will not get oxygen as needed. This causes anemia, which can cause the body to tire
easily and become weak because the organs don't get what it needs to function properly. Anemia
can be caused by not eating foods that contain iron, vitamin B12, folic acid, vitamin C, and the
elements needed for the formation of red blood cells, excessive menstrual blood. Women who
are menstruating are prone to anemia due to iron deficiency if menstrual blood is large and
uncontrolled. Symptoms of anemia vary widely, depending on the cause. Anemia Patients can
experience symptoms in the form of fatigue, fatigue, headaches and dizziness, frequent
drowsiness, for example drowsiness after eating, skin looks pale or yellowish, irregular
heartbeat, shortness of breath, chest pain, cold in the hands and feet these symptoms are often the
sufferer does not realize it, but the anemia condition will get worse.
If you have anemia due to iron and vitamin deficiencies, you can treat it with iron
supplements and multivitamins, take medication as directed by your doctor and perform blood
transfusions. Foods that can be consumed to reduce the risk of animia disease are eating foods
that contain vitamins and minerals that support the formation of red blood cells, as a prevention
and therapy for anemia, foods that can be consumed such as beef, beans, dark. green vegetable.
fruits, fruit juices, and whole grain foods such as bread, cereals, pasta, and rice. products derived
from milk, products derived from soybeans. broccoli, tomatoes, melons and strawberries.
