WHAT ARE SOME BENEFITS OF FITNESS JOURNAL?

As I mentioned earlier in the previous question, fitness journal, for me, is the collection of

information/events on our personal condition of being fit and healthy.

From here, we can easily know the benefits of fitness journal. First, I said that it is a collection of

information on our personal condition so from here, we can conclude that fitness journal helps us to assess

ourselves. Fitness journal helps us to know ourselves more. Second, I also said earlier that fitness journal

gives clarity. Yes, fitness journal gives clarity to our fitness goals. It helps us to achieve specificity in our

workout. Third, fitness journal motivates us to keep on going. When we do some recap on our activities lately,

we might observe some changes (Progress) and this will fuel us up to continue more our fitness activity.

To sum up everything that has been stated, the most important benefit of having a fitness journal is that

we are able to track our progress and stay focused!
