 Remember to use the most of your knowledge when you answer each question the examiner makes.

 You need to demonstrate what you know – how you use it.

 Pay special attention to the pronunciation of the past tense (-ed)

 Try to use good intonation for the questions you make.

 Try not to think in Spanish to translate to English (it takes too much time, you can get confused and use a wrong
structure)

 Relax, speak in a good pace – naturally.

 Use contractions while you speak (I’ve been to…, she’s got…, I don’t like…)

 Avoid repeating yourself or sounding as if you are recitation.

 Fashion

 Rules and regulations

 Health and fitness

 Learning a foreign language

The portfolio and written test will require you know about:

 Festivals

 Means of transport

 Special occasions, e.g. birthday celebrations

 Entertainment, e.g. cinema, theatre …

 Music

 Recent personal experiences
