ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Being a student is not that easy. Struggles and hardship is always there. There
were a lot of sleepless night and obstacles that I’ve been through. For many years
pass I will ended up ripping the fruit of my labor.

I may not be that lucky to my kind of living but my parents are trying to support my
wants and needs. I am forever grateful of having a parent like them. Especially to
my mother who is always there through up’s and down never failed to give up on
me especially my needs in school. I am very thankful of having a mother like you.
I thank you also for not letting go during my difficulties in school most especially
financial, you always find a way to support my tuition fees. You did not fail to remind
me that I should study because this is the only one that parents could give to their
children that cannot stole to others. And now I’m on the road to success. All of
these are because of you guise. I achieve this success because you cheered me
up when I’m about to give up you always say that we can do it!

For all those teachers that imparted their knowledge and who molded me to be
good and become a better person in my chosen field. Big thanks to all of you. Even
though how burden our minds, you are still there and work for us every day and
never been tired on teaching good thoughts. You provided us enough knowledge
in order for us to become a competitive individual. I’m very much proud of being a
product of this institution.
INTRODUCTION

Being a trainee is a certain establishment seems to be new to us, as

students that we might not carry the task and responsibilities that we encounter

but still we believe we can do it this things are quite challenge for us a student it

is a test that we can also be a productive one and competitive worker in the near

future. This might be the beginning to prepare ourselves to the real world of

industry.

Spending a bountiful year in this institution is a great privilege, an honor

which will play a big role for my future someday. In my three years studied in CTU-

Tuburan. I was thought to become a good product of this institution I can barely

say that I am equipped enough to take a new step of my journey to take my On-

the-Job-Training. In this program we are given the chance to perform what we

had learned in the school in order for us to enhance my chosen field especially to

our every major.

SUMMARY / CONCLUSION

On-the-Job-Training is an integral part of every college students. It is a

program that helps us students to understand the concept of good working habit.

It is also for oneself able to communicate with other members with respect and

humbleness able to socialize with the groups. I believe without ones happiness in

training is kind of boring, I am now able to differentiate what’s good and best.

On-the-Job-Training is not about training from your passion spending my

OJT in Indago for 10 months is a great experience they let us enhance the skills

and knowledge that we learned in school, we are able to apply our skills and

knowledge to different works and tasks assigned to us. Even though we encounter

circumstances we still have to fight for the sake of our near future this part was not

ended but it is the beginning of our journey to the road of success.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Being an OJT in Indago is a great privilege for me, because they give us

enough training to be more able and they also treat us like an employee for the

near future. It is also a big opportunity that plays a big part of being an individual

one.

My advice to the incoming OJT’s be mature enough and be yourself there’s

a big difference in school and industry always perform what you have learned, it

may be hard at first but you are still learning, it will work. Do not afraid to commit

mistakes because mistake is a part of all show up what’s best in you and always

listen to your team leads because they know what is best follow the rules never

get tired of all doings. Be positive, be confident and don’t be ashamed. Always

make sure that for every task being assigned to you must be good. Do not make

absences if the reason is not valid. Be responsible enough to comply with the

duties assigned by your supervisor.
