Physical Education Plays an important role in the holistic growth and development of the students. It helps
evaluate the opportunities and challenges of the students to face in present day living. Physical education
shows the ways to take control of them and the choices that will hopefully direct them to an informed and

Students are expected to complete all class activities, complete exams as scheduled, and turn in all assignments on time. Failure to do so
Course Requirements may result in the loss of points. Minimum requirements to met by the students should include demonstrating adequate achievement of the
learning objectives listed above.
