March 2014
I. PUPIL DEVELOPMENT
1. 100% of the pupils were promoted to the next grade level.
2. 100% of the pupils in Grade III and Grade VI took the NAT last March 11 and
13, respectively.
3. 100% of the pupils took the Fourth Grading Test .
4. 100% of the pupils took the Post Test.
II. STAFF DEVELOPMENT

1. Four teachers were assigned as proctor during the NAT in Prieto Diaz and
Gubat North, March 11 & 13
2. The TIC attended the 10th Mobile School Heads Meeting in Casili ES , March 21.
3. All meetings called for by the district were attended by school coordinators.
4. All the teachers attended the Orientation on Fire Safety at Gubat South Central
School,March 14
III. CURRICULUM
1. Encyclopedia and other reading materials were provided in the Learning
resource center.
2. E-Learning is continuously being used in teaching lessons in the intermediate
classes.
3. Television in Grades I & II are being used in teaching the lessons in Reading ,
Math and Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao ( film Showing)

1. One Grade VI pupil participated in the Regional Press Conference ( Editorial Writing in
Filipino) held in Sto. Domingo Albay Feb. 4-6
2. One Grade VI pupil participated in Palarong Bicol 2013 , Chess Event (Girls Category) in
Virac, Catanduanes - February 23-28.
3. Sustained religious instruction in all grade levels.

4. Grade IV pupils took their First Communion on February 23.

12. Two pupils participated in the KABSAYAHAN 2012 at Matnog, Sorsogon, on December 12-
15.
13. Three Grade VI pupils participated in the Padurungan 2012 at the Christ the King Park last
December 22.
14. Ten pupils participated in the Christ the King Presentation last November 18.
15. Two Kindergarten pupils got 1st placed in the Nursery Rhyme Recitation and Story Telling
(Filipino Category) while 10 kindergarten pupils got the 2nd place in Creative Dance
Competition last De. 3 at District Teachers Hall.
16. 100% of Grade VI pupils attended the Saturday NAT Review.
17. One pupil is qualified to join the MTAP Elimination
18. 100% of the pupils participated in the Christmas Party last December 19.

23. Mr. Matt Norman Hapa participated in the National Seminar for Research held in Naga City
last December 12-14.

19. One hundred percent of the pupils attended/participated in the Celebration of the World
Teachers Day , October 5.
20. 19 Boy Scouts and 18 Girl Scouts attended the District Joint BSP Camporal and GSP
Encampment at Bentuco Elementary School last October 5-7, 2012.
21. Four Girl Scouts joined the Provincial GSP Encampment last October 11-12 at Magallanes
Central School.
22. 100% of the pupils took the Second Quarterly Exam last October 15-16.
23. One Grade V pupil won 1st Place in Chess ,Girls Category in the District Meet held in Rizal
Elementary School last October 19,2012.

30. Four teachers served as scout leaders in the District Joint BSP Camporal at GSP
Encampment.
31. One teacher received a Cartificate of Recognition as Outstanding Teacher during the 3 rd
Teachers Convention last October 9 2012, at Casiguran Gymnasium, Casiguran Sorsogon.
32. One teacher attended the Regional Training of School Paper Advisers at RELC Legazpi City
last October 15-17, 2012.
33. Mrs. Elvira E. Fernandez received a Certificate of Recognition for garnering 1 st Place in
Editorial Writing ( Filipino Category) during the Regional Training of School Paper
Advisers at RELC, Legazpi City.
34. Two teachers participated in the Pantomina sa Tinampo during the Kasanggayahan Festival
last October 17, 2012.
35. Seven teachers attended the District INSET ( Action Research, and ).
36. Mr. Matt Norman O. Hapa and Mrs. Elvira E. Fernandez served as demonstration teacher in
the use of E-Learning materials in teaching Science and Mathematics during the District
INSET last October 23,2012 at Gubat South Teachers Hall.
37. Two teachers attended the District-Based Training E-Learning for EPP Teachers during
INSET last October 23-25 at Gubat South Central School.

Sorsogon, Tool Box Making,Category last November 9, 2012.
27. Two Kindergarten pupils joined the 2nd District Kindergarten Festival of Talents in the

November 29,2012.
