Home Energy Assistance Program
The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) helps income-eligible customers heat and cool their homes. HEAP offers multiple forms of assistance, including paying for heating and cooling, cleaning and tuning of home heating equipment, and equipment repair or replacement.
If you have a heat or heat-related emergency, you must contact your HEAP Local District Contact for assistance.
Utility Bill Assistance Programs
