New myNABCEP Platform is Now LIVE!

NABCEP New myNABCEP Platform

The new myNABCEP platform launched on July 22, 2021.

Follow these steps the first time you login to the new myNABCEP Platform.

1. Navigate to the new myNABCEP login page using any web browser on your phone or computer. Copy and paste https://nabcep.certemy.com/entry/login into your browser and bookmark this page.

2. Enter your Login Email – Use the same email you used to log into the old myNABCEP platform. (If you do not remember the email you previously used, please contact NABCEP.)

3. Enter your Login Password – Use this temporary password: Certemy2021! You can change your password at any time using the Reset Password link on the login page

4. Accept your Certification(s) – When you log into the new myNABCEP platform for the first time, you will need to accept your certification.

  • On the left-hand side, you will see a workflow for your recertification/renewal. Click ACCEPT.
  • In the pop-up, click PROCEED IN CERTEMY. DO NOT click “Upload Existing.”
  • Your workflow is now active in your myNABCEP account.

5. Complete your recertification requirements during the third (3rd) year of your current certification periodWhen you are ready to complete your recertification, select the certification on the left side of your screen. Then click on any of the steps on the right side of your screen to view or complete the corresponding requirements.

You do not need to pay the recertification fee to activate your certification. You should wait until it is time for you to recertify during the third (3rd) year of your current certification period.

Tip: You’ll see the status (complete, partially completed, or incomplete) for each step together with the due date. The system will automatically send you email alerts as you approach the due date for an incomplete step.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Log into the new system any time to continue updating and maintaining your certifications.
  • Each time you log in, you will see how many steps (requirements) you must still complete and when those steps (requirements) are due.
  • The due dates assigned to each step will help you complete your recertification on time. You must complete all requirements by your certification expiration date to remain current.

IMPORTANT: The myNABCEP platform is not compatible with Internet Explorer as this browser is no longer supported by Microsoft.  We recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge to access the platform.

Hard-copy Certificates

If you would like to receive a hard-copy duplicate of your certificate on card stock with a raised seal, there is $25.00 printing & shipping fee.
You may:

  • Mail a check to NABCEP with a letter asking for the certificate (please be sure to include your current mailing address); or
  • Call NABCEP at 800-654-0021, option 6, to pay by credit card.

Once payment is received, a hard-copy duplicate of your certificate will be mailed to the address of record on your account via US Postal Service.  Please note, overnight or 2-day shipping will be at the certificant’s expense and is required to be paid prior to shipping.

  • Upload and manage your certification files and documents online in a “Digital Wallet”
  • Pay your application & recertification fees online – or upload proof of physical payment
  • Receive email reminders that keep you on time and on task so you never forget something
  • Receive email alerts when we have reviewed and approved your submissions
  • Receive a digital copy of your certificate upon completion
  • User guides and how-to-videos will be available in each account and will be updated periodically with new information
