MINRES Technologies GmbH has been founded in 2012 in Munich. In 2016 the management decided to shift focus on virtual prototype and their use for embedded software development.
In 2017 the company joined the RISC-V Foundation which was named in 2020 as RISC-V International.
In 2018 the company joined Embedded4You which is the leading competence network for embedded technologies.
