PROJECT Niagara

Project Niagara is located in a historic downtown neighborhood nestled right near all of the restaurants, coffee shops, and walking trails anyone could ever want. This home was originally a farmhouse built in the early 1900's, we wanted to keep the character of the original structure and curb appeal. The scope of this project was huge; gutting the entire home to the bones and reconstructing a new beautiful space for our clients. An addition also offered our clients the master bedroom and ensuite of their dreams! We even showed a little - okay - a whole lot of love to the exterior of the home. This is a home for family fun and serious weekend relaxing!
