Once we’ve received your request form, a member of our team will reach out to you to set up an appointment to discuss your project, budget and timeline. View our inspiration page to gather some design ideas before your meeting!
Step 3
Meet With Your Team For An On-Site Consultation
Each installation project is given a dedicated landscape designer and project manager. This free 1-hour meeting is an on-site analysis for your landscape designer to gather site info, go over any applicable design considerations and refine costs. Your project manager will then talk with you about design package options and next steps.
Step 4
Review Your Project Plan
Now that you and your designer have established project expectations, budget and a timeline, your designer will present you with your project plan. For larger outdoor living projects, this is when you will review any concept or design plans with your landscape designer. Step 5
Get Your Project Installed Directly
Our quality-assurance teams work alongside the project managers and crews to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with the final result. Once the installation is complete, all that’s left to do is sit back, relax and enjoy your new outdoor living space!
