Bad quality productMagdiI have been a loyal customer of Ikea for more than 20 years, but I have never seen such low-quality products. I bought this sofa in February 2023, and the zipper ripped the same day. Two months later, the seats changed and became carved. After another two months, the sofa started making noise when sitting on it. I hope I can return it.

Very poor quality sofaMiodragWe had this sofa less than 3 months of writing this review and all the cushions, bottom and back are starting to deform significantly. After 3 months of regular use, this sofa is starting to look like we had it for more than a decade.
I can understand it's cheap and you get what you pay for, but even at this price, the quality is just terrible.1

Seat cushion deform quicklyClintonall previous reviews and comments on the cushion quality are true... The seat cushions deform after the first day. I took them for an exchange and the same thing happen again to both cushions. I think the quality of the seats are inferior. It is too bad because the rest of the couch is decent.1

Parup CouchRebeccaThe couch is great, the cushions are a little stiff since they're new but I'm sure it will soften up with time.
Assembly was hard - I did it myself alone and managed it in about 2 hours but it requires a lot of strength to tighten some of the screws. Also, I wasn't able to get the cover zipped up. I tightened all the screws and tried a few different ways - even watching the video online- but it seems as if the cover is such a tight fit that it takes more strength than I have to pull it together and zip. I'm currently using it as is without the cover zipped up - it still looks good and I have the open zipper facing a corner so no one can see :)5
