DisappointedLindseyThe sofa was fine until we came to put it together. When we came to attach the arm to the sofa, we opened the box and found an ikea ziplock back stuffed inside with all the attachments and a piece that had been broken off the back of the inside of the arm. This had obviously been a return that had been put back into stock. The problem is that we bought this as a house warming gift for my daughter for the Burlington branch and she moved to Windsor. Burlington is the nearest branch to her and they don't deliver that far out. now my daughter is stuck with a broken couch. She has called the customer service number 4 times and has been put on hold with no resolve to the issue. I personally went into the Burlington store and spoke to the customer service department there and they said that they couldn't do anything to help as she lived too far away.4
