“I had a great experience with Classic Granite and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They were very friendly and helpful on every visit and went out of their way to accommodate us with a smile. We found a gorgeous piece of Cosmic Black granite that we loved, but there was one large orange spot that we wanted to avoid. They allowed us to come in and choose exactly how and where the granite would be laid out in the kitchen. The man who helped us (Chris) even gave his suggestions for what would show off the natural beauty of the stone in the best spots of the kitchen. We so appreciated the way that they accommodated our unusual request and did it so happily. We know that we were micromanaging a little but they never made us feel like we were putting them out-- in fact, the attitude was quite the opposite. The result is that this beautiful piece is exactly the way we wanted it, and it looks amazing. We're so happy, and so thankful for the great service!”

“We've recently renovated our kitchen countertops using BBG. We visited several other showrooms but BBG approach was very professional, smooth and complete - the sales persons were very professional, polite and responsive throughout the whole process – after granite selections [through beautifully setup displayed boxed columns], we followed the sales person to their very nice office warehouse and fabrication center [short driving distance] – a huge and very clean warehouse with well-organized large granite panels – the fabrication center equipped with computerized design and fabrication [CAD/CAM] system. We walked through the warehouse and touched the selected granite slabs – we finalized our selection knowing exactly what we will get – less than 10 days later we had our countertops being installed by a very professional crew that cleaned after themselves taking no time at all to install our granite countertops– beautifully designed and installed – we would definitely recommend BBG to all….”

“Empire Marble and Granite did a fabulous custom job on the install of our new soapstone counters in our kitchen remodel. I can't say enough good things about the entire process. I totally appreciated the way I was treated every time I walked in the door for information, reassurance, and help with my waffling between soapstone and granite. If you want a truly custom job, Empire goes the extra mile. I didn't interview anyone else who smooths the underside edge of the counter as standard work. Even their caulk job is probably the best I've ever seen! And we love the small soapstone slabs we purchased from them for hot pads. When we had a small issue possibly from some cabinet settling, Empire was persistent to make sure they came out to fix the counter without me reminding them. That was extremely impressive.”
