No review I write will give justice to the exceptional customer service, quality of work and dedication to customer satisfaction by the Scutro Fence & Deck team. Recently we found ourselves in a tough situation with our townhouse’s fence that is attached to a concrete wall. The metal brackets in the cement wall were breaking and the fence was falling down. We called more than dozen of the biggest and best rated fence companies in the area including a few concrete companies and the majority of them didn’t even want to take on the job as they knew it will not be an easy fix. The few companies that gave us an offer were very expensive and they didn’t provide any guarantees that they can replace the metal brackets in the cement wall, which was the root of the problem. I am so thankful that we found Scutro Fence & Deck. They took on the job without any hesitation and they persevere through the challenges this project presented. Jeff and his team went above and beyond on researching and even consulting different engineers on how to best handle this particular situation. They presented us with couple of options and advised us on best course of action. When the first install turned to be not as sturdy as we would all liked, they reinstalled the fence with a different set of better-suited brackets and compound that secured the fence firmly to the wall without compromising its aesthetics. It is easy to give a great review to a contractor when things go well, but what makes Scutro Fence & Deck EXCEPTIONALLY EXCELLENT is how they handled the situation when things did not go well. They were committed to excellence and didn’t give up until they achieved it. We highly recommend Jeff and his team, and we will most definitely be using them in our future projects.
