Definitely made the right choice to use Fensu. Came down to a company that we used before and Fensu. Fensu bid was nearly half of the other company and the quality and materials were the same. Chris was patient as we had to get a sign off from our neighbors. Once that was completed, he got his team out to do the job. The crew was organized, courteous and skilled. The foreman talked the entire job through with me to confirm the scope prior to starting. Whenever a question came up during the process, they solicited my input to be sure it was done properly and to my satisfaction. They even fabricated a special piece of fence for the transition from existing to new fence to ensure out dog couldn't get out. No surprises, no drama, just a really good install by really a pleasant crew. WOULD RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN!

Asked for a fence quote and they quoted and replaced my gate. Exactly the opposite of what was asked for. Requested back and sides of my fence EXCLUDING the gate. The gate was fine and not requested. The Fence is 5 feet away and falling over, leaning against a tree. When questioned why they would replace something that was fine, they got heated stating we signed a contract. Not what we asked for ever. The receptionist as well as the owner were really hot out from the get go, so I assume this is a common occurrence. Stay far away, run from this company.
