Their products are great. My recent experience was coming to fix the weather strip on the door and door tightness. It was easy to call them and get my appointments setup quickly. My first appointment was the same day as the 1st phone call and it was a virtual video call for Renewal to determine who to send out and if they need to order parts first. They were able to take pictures of the door and see what my problem was. This is a real timesaver for me and ensured that my time was used efficiently. The final appointment was the repair. The repairman was friendly polite and professional. He did the repair well and doubly ensure the door was fixed before he and his coworker left for the next job. I highly recommend Renewal.
