“I have used Native Edge Assoc/Landscape for several projects. They are easy to work with. I always get a detailed estimate upfront and the work is always top notch and kept to the estimate.
This summer(2013) I had them landscape around my house. Again I got an estimate first. The landscaper and the project manager were there every day.
The project manager was there all day supervising the work. The plants they used was the type of plants I had described(My knowledge of specific plants is pretty poor.). They also chose plants that would bloom at different time of the year. They did a very good job working with rocks to edge of the landscape.
Based on the current project and past projects I recommend them as honest, talented and reliable.”

“We're original owners of a "semi-custom" home built in the early 90's. For nearly 20 years we had a cookie-cutter front yard -- bluegrass, one tree, builder front porch.
In 2012 -- the hottest summer on record for the Denver area -- we decided to break the mold in the neighborhood and xeriscape the yard. Phil and Designscapes came highly recommended and we now see why. Our yard is no longer cookie-cutter or boring in any way! New driveway, redesigned front porch that is safer and easier to navigate, xeriscape groundcovers that are more beautiful than bluegrass now provide a lovely welcoming entrance to our home. We've added a water feature and seating this summer, along with pots full of flowering annuals.
As expected, we had a few plants that didn't make it through the winter, but they were promptly replaced under Designscapes' warranty this summer.
I can't recommend a company more highly. I'm sure they aren't the least expensive. I am sure they produced the highest value for our money and I can't wait to do the back yard!”

“We had a very outdated and environmentally unfriendly landscape around the 3acre site of our 1980s southwest run style berm home. Concrete with a very formal ugly brick pattern in front of our south-facing solar energy source, and asphalt paving (UGH!) everywhere else. It made the house hot in summer and ugly. The house also needed an entrance, as there was not an obvious one.
Peter Chivers and his crew put together a plan with us to start to " remediate" the site. Peter's taste and ours I think really fit. He designed a fabulous new southwestern entry, even scrounged around and found a very cool old hand hewn beam for the header.
There's more work to be done with plants and the landscape, and we'll be working with them again next year.
You should know that Peter is a perfectionist and as with the really good people, sometimes things take longer than you think. We didn't push, but if we had I think it would probably be ready for pictures. We'll put some up as soon as we can!”
