“Harmonic Heating and Air installed two energy efficient furnaces and air conditioners, two humidifiers, two Aprilaire air cleaners, two prestige thermostat systems, and two indoor air sensors in November 2015. I have control of this entire system--heat, air, humidity--from two different sites in my home and on my mobile phone through the internet from wherever I may be. Our home is more comfortable, it is easier to breathe, and our utility bills are going down. I wish I'd had such a system installed when we built this house 15 years ago. The owner and his crew are well informed concerning the latest technology, and they provided us with enough knowledge of the various options so that we could make informed choices with regards to amenities and cost. This company is among the best in our experience.”

“My experience with your company was wonderful. From the initial phone call I had with your company yesterday, to the service technicians who came out today, and then the customer service department taking the time to follow up I truly couldn’t be more pleased. Both gentlemen who showed up for the service call were courteous, professional and personable. They were quickly able to diagnose my problem and offer a solution at what I feel was a fair price. They left the work area clean when they were finished and asked if there was anything else they could do before leaving. I work in sales and hold customer service in the highest regard because I know that’s how my company differentiates ourselves from the competition and earns repeat business. We all say we have great customer service, but sadly very few actually do. I’m so glad I chose a company for my needs that clearly values it in the same way I do. I will happily contact Mr. Duct again for any related needs. I will also definitely recommend this company to any of my friends and family.”

“My wife and I had DM Dykstra install a new Carrier High Efficiency Furnace and Air Conditioning system nearly 5 Years ago. They were not only very neat and professional, but the system the Comfort Specialist help us select more than addressed all of our concerns. In summary, we had a difficult time cooling the second floor (usually 8-10 degrees warmer in summer). After being educated on Variable Speed operating furnaces and two-stage air conditioners, we chose to go that route. The installers also popped in a couple dampers that allow me to control the air flow from the 1st to 2nd floor. We also learned about a great product called Aeroseal which allowed us to seal all the leaks in our duct system by injecting a sealant. Finally, we had DM Dykstra add another 12 inches or so of Owens Corning insulation in the attic as the last step. When all was said and done, it was like living in a new home. You couldn't even tell when the system was on and the temperature on the second floor was actually cooler than the first floor depending on the damper settings. Not too mention the best part, which was our utility bills dropped 40-50% from what they were averaging with the Builder's system (which was only 1.5 years old). Love it!”
