“Love our beautiful new kitchen. Sarah from Fashion Par was the designer for our kitchen remodel. She was great to work with and did an excellent job of keeping everything organized and on schedule. She demonstrated that she listened closely to our list of priorities and came up with a beautiful functional design. The remodel consisted of a complete tear down and reconfiguration. The owner of Fashion Par, Ken, was frequently on site making sure everything was moving along to our satisfaction, and the carpenter, Rob, is a skilled craftsman who made sure every detail was done with perfection.”

“Winkel Design Forum designed a beautiful home to fit on a pie shaped lot with a 12 foot drop off 30 feet from the back of the house. They used the lot angle to create the same angle in the design of the house utilizing the lot angle down to within an inch of the legal setback. Others would have said the square footage we wanted could not be done!”

“Gary remodeled our screened in porch. He wrapped the old cedar supports in vinyl, replaced the screens with Ezy- breeze screens and windows, built a deck and stairs. He completed the project in a timely manner and kept the site clean. I plan on using Design & Build Remodelers in our future projects. Gary is precise, exacting and takes pride in his work. I have recommended him to friends.”

“JSR Construction has done several jobs for us since 2012. They remodeled our kitchen, built a mudroom, and re-did our laundry room at our previous house. We also partnered with them when looking for a new house. We found a great acreage with an existing farmhouse that we needed to add onto because of our large family! Our custom kitchen in our new house is divine! Ben also helped me re-purpose an old buffet and make it into a vanity in our new master bath! Our fireplace and custom bookshelf in our new living room are exactly how I wanted them. We are getting ready to add on a library and JSR Construction is the first call we made! Ben is very easy to work with. I can show him design ideas and tell him what I would like to see and he makes it happen. If we have had concerns we call Ben and it gets resolved quickly. We have received very competitive bids from JSR for all of our projects. Another important aspect to me is having people in my house that I can trust. Ben's crew is great!”

I love his high level of professionalism, experience, dedication and commitment to quality. Our jobs were always done with care and precision. He is a gifted woodcrafter. He can design new or fix old cabinetry to make it look and work like new. He always has great ideas for remodeling any room in the house. In addition, he is extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. “Oak Tree Homes completed a remodel and addition onto our old farm house (built in the 1800's). We also had them draw up a recommendation/design, which was different (and much better) than our original thoughts. Dan and all of his employees were very easy to work with, approached the project with organization and detail, and overall we were very happy with the project from start to finish. They promised to complete our project quickly, and stuck to that promise. We would recommend them and have them do work again!”
