John Kraemer & Sons, Inc. is a luxury residential builder and remodeler, based out of Edina, Minnesota. Founded in 1978 by Gary Kraemer & his late father John, the firm focuses on luxury residential projects of all shapes, sizes, and styles. Unique in the fact that JKS employs all of their own job superintendents, project managers, and finish carpenters. The firm works closely with each client on a 100% open book basis where everything is transparent, and all bids, invoices, and receipts are available for client review at any time. Gary Kraemer, John Kraemer & Jeff Kraemer are personally involved each project, both large and small. Furthermore, each of John Kraemer & Sons' clients are assigned a job superintendent who are devoted to their project, and will be on site everyday until the project is complete. This makes John Kraemer & Sons unique from most builders whose superintendents manage many projects at a time. John Kraemer & Sons was the recipient of the Builder of the Year award in 1999, 2009, 2013, and again in 2017. This honor is given to the builder who best exhibits trust, ethics, and customer satisfaction. They are the only four-time winner in the history of the award.
