“When we decided to finish our basement in our new home, my wife and I really did not know where to turn to find a reputable contractor. We searched on line and started to call several contractors to get estimates for our project. While going through several different companies, we discussed what our vision was as well as our budgetary constraints. It was very disappointing as to the caliber and cost of the several different responses we received. All of the bids that we received back did not fit within what our needs were and were well over our budget. We then found Bryan with Mission Basement Company through a personal referral. What a blessing it was to cross paths with Bryan and his company! We met with Bryan to discuss our needs and budget. He was very receptive to what we were looking for and our time constraints. Bryan and his contractors not only met met our expectations, he exceeded them ten fold. He was very responsive, willing to make changes to our project mid-stream and offered exceptional guidance, customizations and recommendations in making our basement finish a wonderful experience. “They are great , very professional, respectful and full of great ideas. A few items they have done is, new hardwood floor, new stain for hardwood floor, new carpet, new fireplace, installing trees, front yard landscaping , cement work and stone walls. We have used over the past 3 yeas to get all the items listed above done. Darren is very professional and gives you great ides on how to use your space. “We called around and got several estimates as this was our first time ever having a remodel done. We probably asked more questions than most people but Ryan was super helpful and made sure we understood everything and were comfortable. We were sold with Earthwood's history and previous work! We had them come in and redo our kitchen and I couldn't be any happier with the work they did. From start to finish they went the extra mile and made sure that we knew what was going on at every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anybody thinking about remodeling their home.”

“We used Basement Edge (Marty Shelburne and Todd Tretev) for our basement remodel. They were great. We knew that if we put the bathroom where it was plumbed it would be a mistake from a design standpoint and they were the only contractor who said -- yes, you're right and went the extra step to help us put it in the best possible location. We worked with their designer who had great suggestions for wall color, carpet and placement of cabinets, lighting, etc. I'd use them again without question. We did take 3 bids when we started our project and they were not the least expensive but certainly competitive and their advise was invaluable.”

“Owner, Lain, superintendent, Mat, and office manager/interior designer, Kim, offer the utmost professionalism and decorum, and they hire skilled professionals who show the same courtesy. They added an apartment on the first floor of our home, so that my father-in-law could live with us. So, the kitchen had to be removed, and it became an open space adjacent to our new dining room. A brand new kitchen was added on to the back of our house, and they also built a new sun room next to it. We now have an open kitchen and dining room, which is very appealing. Our old dining room became my father-in-law's new bedroom, which is right next to his sun room/sitting room. Since we added hardwood floors with the new addition, the builder had to stain the old floors to match the new, darker ones. We also had them remove the carpet on the stairs and put hardwood with white stringers on them. New white, pedestals and spindles were added to update the look. Fresh paint, new appliances, trim, lighting, electrical and a bench for snow boots completed the project. Solid Rock Custom Homes made our house into a home, and we couldn't be happier!”
