Our installer, Danny, was courteous and attentive, even finding one flaw in our design that had he not said anything, we would not have noticed. He immediately had the issue rectified so the install could be completed without having another date set. To this point, Danny's day extended an additional 3 hours beyond what should have been a small install job. He is a credit to his office!! My designer called a few days after install to check on our satisfaction. Post install I had some other ideas regarding shoe storage, discussed it with the designer who offered some more insights on how to utilize our current configuration even more effectively!!!”
