This lakeside residence has undergone a renewal that gently retains its original character while providing much-needed updates. Complete design renovations were implemented at the main house with modest additions. The interior reconfiguration was directed at reducing the number of rooms while enhancing their spatial qualities.

The farmhouse was split into two separate guest houses, which were then transported from the original roadside location to separate lakeside sites. The thread that connects these multiple buildings is the meticulous character of the new landscape elements featuring stone walls, bridges, ponds, plantings and other connective constructs.
