FHCA is a federation of over 700 long term care centers that provide skilled nursing, post-acute and sub-acute care, short-term rehab, assisted living and other long term care services for Florida’s frail elders and individuals with disabilities. Since 1954, FHCA has represented the interests of the state’s rapidly growing elder care population, with a mission is to advance the quality of services, image, professional development and financial stability of its members.

Our team is also available to help student members connect with Preceptors looking for Administrators in Training.
