He was born in North Carolina and reared in Martinsville, Vi...view moreRon Parker is a retired public school educator and thespian who has resided in the Washington DC Metropolitan area for most of his life. He was born in North Carolina and reared in Martinsville, Virginia which he proudly calls home. Ron has written plays, poems, and essays for many years and only recently ventured into music writing and developing his manuscripts for publication. Ron holds a B.F.A. in Drama/English Education from Howard University, a M.A. in Adult Education from The University of the District of Columbia, and a M.L.S. in Humanities from Georgetown University.
