He is a public speaker, seminar leader and has authored three books on project management. In addition to speaking for Ally, Mr. Bender is a frequent speaker for the American Management Association, Global Knowledge, and is a frequent quest speaker for DePaul University business programs.
Mr. Bender has directed the development of all of Ally's project and business process mangement curriculurm, covering all aspects of business management, from basic work management through project, program, business process, portfolio management and strategic planning.
Through the years, Mr. Bender has worked on such projects as: Hubbell Space Telescope; air traffic control systems in the US, the UK and Taiwan; NEXRAD project developing dopplar weather radar; communications systems; chip design and manufacturing; pharaceutical projects and processes; city/state governments; IT departments; computer systems development; and many others.
