      It was a good read but not a best one but I didn't see the twist coming But the way the main character is portrayed kind of in a dumb way and she is annoying ?

      This book held my attention but it did get weird toward the end. I didn't care for the supernatural element. But overall I enjoyed it. Narration was great

      If you are looking for a book that for 90% of it gives you that uneasy creep factor, you know the kind that just makes the hair on the back of your neck bristle every now and again, and a great atmosphere then I would recommend this book. It's not a horror book really though, in my opinion, I'd classify it as more mystery suspense. The ending blew the rating for me, but it was still an enjoyable listen. The narrator was great. Put on some tea, cuddle up under your favorite blanket, turn out the lights, listen, and prepare to be a bit creeped out. Perfect book for the end of Summer.

      Exceptionally well written! Characters are well crafted and you "feel" for them and become immersed in their lives. I found myself shouting warnings to them!

      Wow! I enjoyed this audiobook! Great story and awesome narrator. I finished it in less than 36 hours. The ending left me teary-eyed. Thank you!

      I just started reading. The ending was so beautiful. The whole book had you guessing so many different things but I would have never guessed how it wood end up. If you are a Mom reading this, you will be so touched.

      A book hasn’t SCARED me this way since I naively read “Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark” at age 8. ? I found myself having to turn lights on in my house, and I didn’t even want to put my sleep mask on at night. ? Horrifying and exciting and all of the above! This will absolutely end up on my Top 5 books to recommend to friends. ??

      I liked this read, it was well paced and engaging. Some characters were a bit weird. Like they don't like the mc at first and in the next interaction when they meet again they are superfriendly, which seemed inconsistent. It is explained for one of them, but there were others where it just seemed they needed to be off-ish to have a variety in interactions. I really enjoyed the ending!

      I really enjoyed this book. Just when I thought I knew what was going on, it was made clear I didn’t. Pacing is decent, so I wasn’t ever really bored.
