EXCLUSIVEBlanca Blanco shares diet tips for 2025 as she embraces the 30-30-30 rule to lose 10lbs in one month

Bombshell Blanca Blanco has managed to keep her curves as she enters her second decade working as an actress in Hollywood.

And now she has told DailyMail.com what her latest diet hack is for 2025 which can make her lost 10lbs in one month.

The Eye For Eye actress is embracing the 30-30-30 rule.

This rule encourages you to eat 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up and then get 30 minutes of low-intensity exercise.

'It's pretty easy to do, but you have to keep an eye on the clock because the next thing you know an hour has passed,' Blanca told DailyMail.com.

'I have more energy when I have protein in the morning. When I was young I used to start my day with a croissant which made me feel sluggish. Protein like eggs or turkey bacon are a better bet.'

And Blanca has also said she is careful with the grains she eats.

She likes to consume whole grains like quinoa, brown rice, oatmeal, and whole grain bread over refined grains like white bread and pasta.

'The whole grains help me feel full longer,' said Blanca.

She was last seen in a skimpy red string bikini with diamond accents while in Malibu in images shared exclusively to DailyMail.com in late December.

The Finding Nicole star from Washington state flashed her abs and long, lean legs while on the sandy beach.

The red carpet fixture wore her dark hair down in waves and had on nude-toned makeup in a shoot by Filip Shobot for DailyMail.com.

And she looked very toned thanks to daily Pilates workouts.

This comes after Blanca told DailyMail.com that she would never use the diabetes drug Ozempic for weight loss as she would rather 'sweat it out at the gym' instead of rely on the drug.

'I know Ozempic does wonders for people suffering from Diabetes, it is like a miracle drug for some, but I would not use it for weight loss,' said Blanca.

'I don't judge people who do that, I know it's incredibly challenging to lose weight.

' It's just not for me because I feel I can diet and exercise to stay at the weight I want.

'But I also have to admit that I am lucky, my metabolism is pretty fast, so I have it easier than a lot of people. Everyone has to do what is right for them and just be healthy first and foremost.'

Staying in shape is important to the actress as she tells DailyMail.com she has learned a new way to work out.

She does strength training instead of intense cardio - and she does it at home as well as the gym.

'As we get older, we lose muscle mass; that’s called sarcopenia. So it is important to keep muscle mass up,' she told DailyMail.com.

Sarcopenia is a condition that causes a progressive loss of muscle mass, strength, and quality in older adults.

'When you maintain muscle mass then you not only look better but you move better and your risk for injury is lower.'

She added: 'So I have been focusing on mobility, strength, and stability. It is so easy to do, I keep free weights at home and at the gym I use the machines. It is a must for me now.'

She also lost 10lbs earlier this year by giving up meat and is instead eating fish and chicken.

'I think it is has been really good for my waistline because my dresses are all loose now!' she told DailyMail.com. 'And I don't miss the steaks which can be too heavy sometimes.'
