Coles worker fighting for life after she was allegedly stabbed at Yamanto Central, Ipswich

A Coles employee has rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after she was allegedly stabbed in the back at a shopping centre.
Emergency services were called to Yamanto Central in Ipswich, south-west of Brisbane about 5.23pm on Monday following reports of an alleged stabbing inside Coles.
A woman, 63, was treated at the scene and rushed to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition.
Shocked shoppers were evacuated from the centre as police cordoned off Coles and established a large crime scene.
A teenage boy was tackled by a member of the public before he was arrested at the scene.

The boy, 13, was taken into custody and spent Monday night being interviewed by police.
No charges have yet been laid as of early Tuesday morning.
'There is no further information at this time,' a police spokesman told Daily Mail Australia.
The shopping centre later reopened but most stores had already closed for the night.
Forensic officers were seen inside Coles taking photographs and scouring the crime scene.
