Spirit Technology Solutions has partnered with MyCISO to help small to medium-sized businesses that struggle to staff key cybersecurity positions.
Delivered via a tiered Spirit offering based on the SMB1001 framework, MyCISO services on offer will include security maturity assessment, incident response planning, risk management and compliance, and third-party risk management.
“We are confident this exciting venture will meet with widespread demand and fill a gap not currently being serviced by other IT providers,” stated Spirit CEO and managing director Julian Challingsworth.
“Our partnership with MyCISO will deliver cost-effective security solutions to organisations that take their privacy obligations seriously but may need assistance from an experienced and accredited team of professionals."
MyCISO CEO and Spirit non-executive director Dane Meah stated: “Spirit are pioneering an offering that combines technical security services with expert governance risk and compliance.”
“This simple, affordable bundled approach allows SME’s to consume a package commensurate with their needs. It’s exciting to collaborate with a progressive Managed Security Services Provider like Spirit, to combine the power of our platform with their broad capabilities.”
Spirit’s SMB1001 offering includes Spirit’s compliance team, 24/7 monitoring, alerting and incident investigation via Extended Detection & Response (XDR) services and a security operations centre (SOC) team and a Microsoft 365 license uplift.
Spirit expanded its cybersecurity capabilities this year with the acquisition of Infotrust and Forensic IT.
