FAST
Families Access to Services Team (FAST) was developed as a result of Cayuga County’s System of Care participation and designed for families with children who have significant behavioral health needs around the following desired outcomes: Promoting wellness of children and youth across their lifespan; Multi-system sharing of resources and responsibilities; providing an array of necessary and appropriate services and supports. In collaboration with families served, service providers and schools make referrals to FAST. FAST then contacts the family to explore options and initiate requested services.
FAST is a cross system collaboration of county providers and school partners designed to be the "single door" for families to access home and community based supports.

Families Access to Services Team (FAST) maintains its commitment to coordinating services for youth in families in Cayuga County during Covid-19. The dedicated service providers of FAST continue to work with families through the use of telephonic platforms and conduct home visits as clinically needed.
