The outpatient clinic program provides mental health treatment for individuals and families. The clinic utilizes a team approach to provide assessment, treatment, and support.
Services include individual, family, group therapy, psychiatric assessment, medication management, and health monitoring services.
Individuals eligible for services:
are currently residents of Cayuga County
have behavioral health problems that are currently impacting functioning at home, work, school, or in the community
are able to participate in treatment
for minors under the age of 18, have permission of their parent/guardian

Billing
The Cayuga County Community Mental Health Center accepts Medicaid, Managed Medicaid, Medicare, and other private insurances. A sliding fee scale is also available.
We offer the convenience of accepting MasterCard, Discover, and Visa credit cards for mental health fees. The payment processing company charges a convenience fee of 2.45% or $3 minimum to cardholders who use this service. Just stop by or call our office to make a payment.
