The hostel vibes are very positive and the staff in the reception (Marina, Michele, Giovana, Renata, Mateus, Victor) will make your experience in Pura Vida even better. I also had the opportunity to meet the owners Felipe & Dalton, they always bring the definition of Pura Vida: good vibes and respect. Starting the day, Carol and Ruan will provide you a nice breakfast that you can buy in the reception. I wanna congratulate Sara & Lautaro for getting the plants and painting even greater and the cleaning staff (Cris, Agostina, Jack, Isabella, Rafa, Sergio & Juliane) for doing a good job. Especially Cris and Agostina, they are always smiling and willing to help. There’s a lot of stuff to do out and inside the hostel. During the evening, there’s always something in the bar and the karaoke nights are dope! Inaiara, Laura and Lautaro will always guarantee you a fun time there. Depending on the day, you can join Renata and Juliane in the free tours and get to know Rio a bit better. And if you have the opportunity, you gotta join Sergio in the hiking to watch the sunrise at morro dois irmãos, the view is breathtaking. And just to finalize, don’t leave the hostel without eating the delicious food at Lulu’s. ;)
