We arrived after a 15-hour delay of our flight, tired and a bit irritated. I wasn't happy with the room allocated because it was on a lower floor facing the traffic, and after 24 hrs, without he sleep, i didn't think that was a good choice. However, reception worked hard to resolve this, which I appreciate. Thanks to the tall, beautiful front office lady, who was exceptionally kind and made our stay pleasant with great suggestions and advice. All the reception teams were helpful. One of the concierge men was brilliant and shared a few gems. Just wished I remembered thiet names now.

The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and professional. Spoke English and very helpful. The rooms were a fair size and were cleaned everyday. The location wasn’t too bad. It was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping for basic stuff. The market was close by too.
