Izmir is a very beautiful and clean city.
Izmir is a very beautiful and clean city. It is peaceful and convenient to walk and drive around the city. We drove to the Efes Ruins and enjoyed the tour a lot. while coming back we wdent to Kusadasi for lunch, which is also very beautiful city along the coast. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. However, a couple of more days would have been much better to cover some more nearby tourist places like Pamukkale, Cesme etc.

A very interesting city. I recommend the Ataturk Museum for a brief history of how modern Turkey was created. However, we were in Izmir basically to visit Ephesus, a truly spectacular experience for history and archaeology lovers!

The location near the Ancient Agora site in Izmir (making a visit easy) was the reason we chose the hotel. It is a gem! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The Wi-Fi was strong. The included breakfast range was comprehensive and tasty. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The on-site restaurant had a comprehensive menu and the dinner we had was tasty. The evening live entertainment in the restaurant was a bonus.
The apartment was very nice. The owner was very helpful and very kind also. Upon departure of the hotel, she messaged us and told all the details regarding hotel. The documents also had all the details regarding places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, all activities that can be done in izmir. Basically evrything that we need to know. For me as a foreigners, it really helped us. Thank you the owner, we wish we can stay more than one day
As a first-time visitor to Izmir from Libya🇱🇾, I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality and friendly welcome I received from Burak, your front desk staff, and Aiya your Kazakh chef. Thank you both for your assistance, prompt service, and for answering all my inquiries. I wish you both all the best and hope the hotel management continues to value and retain such a dedicated and professional team..... hosny
We were in İzmir for a few days and wanted to stay in Alsancak this time. From there we used the ferry boat and the metro. Thanks to the good reviews, we decided to stay at the Hay Hotel. We were satisfied and felt safe. You can only get into the room with the room card via the elevator. The breakfast was sufficient and we liked it. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.
We had a room with sea view (facing towards Izmir and sea on the 10th floor. This is excellent 10/10!
The room is about the average standards of quality comparing to the 5 start hotel peers.. However, the towels and bath ropes are the best we have seen. You can buy here in the hotel or go to the next door Ozinik store to buy which we did!
Breakfast is comparatively average.
