Great location, there are a lot of restaurants near by. The bus station is also very close. The room is big and comfortable. Everything is sparkling clean. They also have a gym - but I didn't got the chance to try it.

The staffs all speak English very well which is better communication. The room is very clean and big for 3 beds. The space was well designed , shower and toilet are separate from the vanity and is newly renovated. It is modern and up to date which is different from standard shower room in most hotels in Japan. Guest can drop the used towels and pick up clean towel anytime by themselves. Internet is good and the pre check in instruction is clear to follow.

We all loved how the whole hotel had tatami flooring, it was very soft to walk on. The beds were very comfortable. The hair care products in the showers were very nice as well, I wish I could buy them. The private baths were incredible. They’re first come first serve but I never had to wait long to get into one. Also the staff was always so friendly, helpful, and nice.

It is located only 3 minutes from a JR station, which is itself 1 station away from the central Kyoto station. There is even a walkway that connects the station to the hotel building. The hotel is new and very well maintained. Our room was of decent size, very clean, the layout excellently designed, and we had everything we need to make our stay comfortable. Large bathroom with a bathtub. Strong hot water. Drains well. There is a public hot bath in the hotel, but I could not use it due to the fact that I have tattoos, so cannot comment. Oh, and the breakfast was great as well with many choices.

Location: Very near Kyoto station, luggage storage and great restaurants. Check in and check out system, seamless. Staff were all attentive and helpful. Ryokan room, superb! Aside from the view which was the parking lot, we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Public bath & massage chairs, expect high volume of people regardless of the time 😅 highly suggest to add more massage chairs. We loved the free after-bath ice cream and yogurt 🥰 Breakfast buffet: chef’s kiss 💋
