I personally love this run.It is rather expensive,but I already had it for my dogs.I did end up putting some netting over it because one of my hens escaped.I would recommend burying it a little so that predators don’t dig in.You can buy extra panels if you want to expand it.

We have the same one and expanded it to 10 X 10. Like you, we added black netting to the entire top and tied it down with zip ties. I love that we can walk in and out using the human-size door. I have added interestingly-shaped fallen limbs on the ground in the corners, a couple of old broom and mop handles as perches, and baby teether toys for the girls to enjoy.
