Baca County Fair and Rodeo

Our annual fair and rodeo is held the first weekend in August.  Various competitions and entertainment go on throughout the week leading up to the Rodeo weekend.  Food, games, activities, barrel racing, team roping, 4H and FFA projects, demolition derby and red neck games are a few of things that go that week. Parade in Springfield and free BBQ at the fairgrounds on Saturday.
