How do you like to work?

Choosing a job isn’t just about matching your skills and qualifications. You want a new role to suit the way you like to work.

Thousands of people work together at ASML to design, manufacture and service the machines in our portfolio, and to keep our internal processes running smoothly. Explore the descriptions and graphics below to find the department that’s your best fit.

R&D

Our technology in lithography, metrology and inspection is some of the most advanced in the world and our jobs in R&D are at the forefront of this innovation.

R&D at ASML is where the sharpest minds in hardware and software come together to challenge each other, learn and grow. We have over 14,000 engineers in R&D with a range of backgrounds including physics, electronics, mechatronics, software, mechanics, data analytics and more.

Our R&D colleagues explore what is possible, develop ideas into viable technologies and then industrialize the concepts.

Manufacturing

Over 7,000 people work around the world at ASML’s cleanroom factory sites. In this high-precision, Lean environment, we assemble, test and deliver our complex lithography and metrology & inspection portfolio, from prototype to final product.

Customer Support

ASML has more than 5,000 extremely complex machines in customer fabs around the globe. A machine that’s ‘down’ can cost customers thousands of euros per minute, so our Customer Support team works hard to keep them running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Sourcing & Supply Chain

Our Sourcing & Supply Chain colleagues are involved throughout ASML’s entire business, all the way from idea to working product. You’ll find them working around the world finding the right suppliers, making sure our customers have the parts they need in time, and helping to reduce environmental impact and waste

Support functions

You don’t have to be an engineer to enable high-tech. Our colleagues in Finance, Sales & Marketing, HR and other departments make sure our internal processes run with the same speed and accuracy as our lithography machines.
