Marymere Falls Trail from Lake Crescent Lodge
Reviews
Following the trail down to the lake is a nice bonus, or starting there.
Fair weather conditions this day and the road is a little muddy but the falls was great. Nice easy hike then can relax at the lake after.
Beautiful hike! There were some areas with recently fallen trees or brush on the trail but fairly easy to walk around.
Beautiful trail on a rainy day. Some fallen limbs to climb over but do-able. My watch read longer than 2 miles
A lovely trail and a beautiful forest, a little steep at the end, but a very nice waterfall view
Easy walk through pretty forest. Trail is designed with a perfect platform for viewing the entire falls. But do not bother staying at the Crescent Lake Lodge other than having a meal or drink. The lake views are gorgeous but the rooms are primitive and filthy. Stay in Port Angeles or at an ABnB.
I’m not sure you could call this a hike as we really just checked out the shore and ate our dinner staring at the Lake and feeding the resident ducks. Beautiful!
Easy trail until you get to the bridge. Then the stairs going up to the waterfall lookouts are steep, but there aren’t too many of them. Beautiful scenery along the way and the waterfall is lovely.
Very nice trail. Easy until the falls -the stairs I would say would make this an Easy/Moderate trail. Very wet- slid in a couple of spots. Minimal amount of people at 0730. Narrow walking bridge- one direction flow for the one closest to the falls. Overall great trail. Would be great for kids, NOT wheelchair.
Great trail and perfect for families or people that aren’t big hikers but don’t mind a few stairs
The trail from lake crescent is better, less highway noise
Lots of parking at the lodge. There is plenty of foot traffic on the trail and once you get near the falls, only one person at a time through the bridge and stairs. The steps are high up and steep up to the waterfall. Many people crunched in one small spot. Beautiful view once you get to the falls!
Amazing walk through a surreal forest. Giant tree covered in moss and millions of ferns carpeting the forest floor. So lush!
This is a relatively busy trail, but the forest is beautiful. Probably more spectacular than the waterfall.
Nice for ease from lodge area. Peaceful mid zone when not crowded. Not the best falls. Crowded at the falls. Last bit is a thigh workout, but all steps, most with railings.
